Policies

Cancellation Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling, otherwise you will be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation or 30% for not showing up. 

Return Policy:
No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.

Check In Policy:
Please read and fill out the online forms before the appointment and arrive on time. If you arrive late, your allotted time may be shortened, or we may have to reschedule your service and charge a 10% late cancellation fee.
